Real change begins beneath the surface—and becomes lasting when it is lived through the body.
Break the automatic cycle and become free from the habit.
Change the patterns beneath cravings and self-sabotage.
Create a steadier response to situations that once overwhelmed you.
Build behaviour that reflects who you are now.
Move from automatic reaction toward steadiness and choice.
Create space from recurring thoughts and automatic patterns.
Support greater comfort and change the way pain is experienced and responded to.
Reduce patterns of alertness and support a calmer, more natural transition into rest.
Support for recurring addictive or compulsive patterns, triggers, cravings, and automatic behaviours that feel difficult to interrupt.
Strengthen focus, motivation, confidence, mental rehearsal, and performance in situations where you want to function at your best.
AN INTEGRATED APPROACH
Work with the patterns that happen before conscious choice.
Include the body and nervous system so change can be felt and lived.
Recognize patterns earlier and respond with greater clarity.
The foundation beneath the work.
Integrate awareness into the body so change is not only understood, but felt, practiced, and lived.
Hypnosis is a focused state of attention that allows us to work more directly with subconscious associations, learned responses, habits, expectations, and automatic patterns.
Despite the way hypnosis is sometimes portrayed, you are not unconscious, asleep, or under someone else’s control. You remain aware of what is happening, you can hear what is being said, and you remain capable of making choices throughout the process. Hypnosis does not remove your judgment or your ability to reject a suggestion.
In many ways, hypnosis is less about giving up control and more about directing attention intentionally.
Many of the behaviours and reactions we want to change are not maintained by conscious thought alone. You may understand a pattern completely and still find yourself repeating it because the response has become familiar, automatic, or deeply associated with particular situations, sensations, emotions, or expectations.
Hypnosis creates an opportunity to work with those patterns more directly—strengthening new associations and responses while reducing the pull of patterns that are no longer useful.
In my work, hypnosis is often supported by somatic awareness, mindfulness, and embodiment so that change is not only explored at the subconscious level, but also noticed, practiced, and lived through the body.
