Ways We Can
Work Together.

Change is rarely about simply knowing what to do.

Patterns can be shaped by subconscious associations, learned behaviours, bodily responses, attention, repetition, and the ways we adapt over time.

My work brings hypnosis, somatic practice, mindfulness, and embodiment together to help create change at the level where those patterns are actually happening.

Some people come with a very specific goal. Others know that something keeps repeating but are not yet sure what kind of support would be most useful.

Choose the approach that best fits what you would like to change — or begin with a conversation if you are not sure where to start.

1:1 Somatic Sessions

Work with the body where patterns are actually being lived.

Sometimes insight is not the missing piece. You may already understand what is happening and still feel the same tension, activation, shutdown, restlessness, or automatic response in the body.

Somatic sessions focus on what is happening beneath the level of explanation. We work with sensation, breath, tension, posture, movement, attention, and the body’s moment-to-moment responses to help create greater awareness, regulation, and choice.

Rather than forcing the body to relax or trying to think your way out of a response, the work supports you in noticing what is present, allowing appropriate responses to complete, and developing a more grounded relationship with your own experience.

Mindfulness and embodiment are woven throughout the process so that awareness becomes something you can access in everyday life, not only during a session.

The practice is subtle in the doing, but creates profound shifts in being.

Typical format: individual sessions or an ongoing series, depending on your goals and the patterns you are working with.

Best suited for: people experiencing recurring tension, stress responses, emotional reactivity, disconnection from the body, difficulty settling, or patterns they understand intellectually but continue to experience physically.

Individual Hypnosis

Focused work for the change that matters to you.

Not every concern fits neatly into a predefined program. Individual hypnosis sessions are tailored around the specific pattern, response, belief, behaviour, or goal you want to work with.

We begin by identifying what is happening now, what tends to trigger or reinforce the pattern, and what you would like to experience differently. Hypnosis is then used to work with the subconscious associations and automatic responses that may be contributing to the issue.

Depending on the concern, I may also incorporate somatic awareness, mindfulness, and embodiment so that change is not only understood mentally, but supported through the way you experience and respond in the body.

Common areas of focus may include: confidence, motivation, performance, fears, habits, emotional responses, procrastination, sleep-related patterns, preparation for important events, and other personally meaningful goals.

Typical format: single sessions or a short series, depending on the goal.

Best suited for: people who have a specific area they want to work on and would benefit from an individualized approach rather than a structured program.

Weight & Eating Patterns

Change the patterns beneath cravings, emotional eating, and self-sabotage.

Weight and eating patterns are rarely just about knowing what to eat. They can become tied to stress, reward, comfort, habit, identity, restriction, emotional regulation, and automatic responses that happen before conscious choice enters the picture.

This work focuses on identifying and changing the subconscious and behavioural patterns that influence eating, while strengthening a more regulated and intentional relationship with food.

Hypnosis is used alongside awareness of cravings, triggers, bodily cues, and habitual responses to support sustainable behavioural change rather than relying only on willpower.

Format: 4 sessions

Best suited for: people who want support changing recurring eating patterns, cravings, emotional eating, or self-sabotaging behaviours and are ready to build a more sustainable relationship with food and choice.

Smoking Cessation

Break the automatic cycle and become free from the habit.

Smoking is rarely just about nicotine. It can become tied to stress relief, routine, identity, reward, social cues, and deeply learned subconscious associations.

This work focuses on interrupting those automatic patterns and strengthening a new response so smoking begins to feel less necessary, less rewarding, and less connected to the moments that once triggered it.

Hypnosis is used alongside awareness of triggers, bodily responses, and habitual cues to support lasting behavioural change.

Typical format: approximately 3 sessions, depending on the individual.

Best suited for: people who are ready to stop smoking and want support changing both the habit and the automatic patterns underneath it.

Anxiety & Fears

Change the automatic response, not just the thought around it.

Anxiety and fear can become deeply learned responses. A situation, sensation, memory, or anticipated event may begin triggering the body before the conscious mind has had time to assess what is actually happening.

This work focuses on reducing the automatic intensity of those responses while strengthening a greater sense of steadiness, perspective, and choice.

Hypnosis is used alongside awareness of bodily cues, triggers, and habitual thought patterns to help change the associations that keep fear and anxiety active.

Typical format: varies depending on the concern and the individual.

Best suited for: people who want support with specific fears, anticipatory anxiety, recurring anxious responses, or situations where the body seems to react more strongly than the present circumstances require.

Habits & Confidence

Build new responses where old patterns used to take over.

Habits can become automatic long before we consciously decide to act, while confidence can be shaped by repeated expectations, past experiences, self-perception, and learned responses to challenge.

This work focuses on interrupting unwanted behavioural patterns while strengthening more useful responses, greater self-trust, and the ability to act with intention rather than automatically falling back into familiar habits.

Hypnosis is used alongside awareness of triggers, bodily responses, internal dialogue, and repeated behavioural cues to support new patterns that feel increasingly natural and accessible.

Typical format: varies depending on the habit, goal, and individual.

Best suited for: people who want support changing persistent habits, strengthening confidence, improving follow-through, or responding differently in situations where old patterns tend to take over.

Stress Regulation

Create more space between pressure and reaction.

Stress can become a habitual state rather than a temporary response. Over time, the body and mind may begin reacting automatically to pressure, uncertainty, conflict, workload, or everyday demands—even when the immediate situation does not require that level of activation.

This work focuses on reducing automatic stress responses while strengthening steadiness, recovery, and the ability to respond with greater choice.

Hypnosis is used alongside somatic awareness, mindfulness, and attention to triggers and bodily cues to support a more regulated response to stress and a greater capacity to return to baseline.

Typical format: varies depending on the individual and the patterns involved.

Best suited for: people who feel frequently activated, overwhelmed, tense, reactive, or unable to fully settle after periods of stress.

Overthinking & Repetitive Patterns

Interrupt the loop and create room for a different response.

Overthinking and repetitive patterns can become self-reinforcing. A thought, feeling, urge, or uncertainty can trigger the same mental or behavioural response again and again, even when part of you knows the pattern is no longer useful.

This work focuses on reducing the pull of repetitive thought loops and automatic responses while strengthening flexibility, perspective, and the ability to disengage more easily.

Hypnosis is used alongside awareness of triggers, bodily cues, internal dialogue, and repeated behavioural patterns to help interrupt the cycle and support more intentional responses.

Typical format: varies depending on the pattern and the individual.

Best suited for: people who feel caught in recurring thought loops, repetitive behaviours, checking or reassurance-seeking patterns, or habits that are difficult to interrupt even when they recognize them.

EXPLORE OVERTHINKING & REPETITIVE PATTERNS

Addiction & Compulsive Patterns

Interrupt reinforced patterns and strengthen the capacity for choice.

Addictive and compulsive patterns can become deeply reinforced through repetition, emotional triggers, reward, bodily cues, learned associations, and automatic responses.

This work focuses on increasing awareness of the patterns that happen before conscious choice, reducing the intensity of triggers and cravings where appropriate, and strengthening alternative responses that support intentional change.

Hypnosis may be used alongside somatic awareness, mindfulness, and attention to habitual cues to support changes in automatic behavioural patterns.

Typical format: varies depending on the individual, the pattern, and the level of support required.

Best suited for: people seeking support with recurring addictive or compulsive patterns who want to strengthen their ability to interrupt automatic responses and make more intentional choices.

This work may complement established recovery, counselling, or medical treatment. It does not replace medical detoxification, emergency care, or specialized addiction treatment when those services are required.

EXPLORE ADDICTION & COMPULSIVE PATTERNS

Focus & Performance

Strengthen focus, confidence, and the ability to perform with greater ease.

Performance can be affected by automatic patterns long before ability becomes the issue. Distraction, hesitation, procrastination, anticipatory anxiety, self-consciousness, internal dialogue, and learned expectations can interfere with accessing skills that are already present.

This work focuses on strengthening concentration, mental rehearsal, motivation, confidence, and more useful automatic responses in situations where you want to perform at your best.

Hypnosis may be used alongside mindfulness, embodiment, and awareness of bodily cues to support greater focus, steadiness, and access to learned skills.

Typical format: varies depending on the goal and the individual.

Best suited for: people seeking support with concentration, motivation, procrastination, public speaking, performance anxiety, study or exam performance, mental rehearsal, or other personally meaningful performance goals.

Pain Management

Change the way pain is experienced and responded to.

Pain is a physical experience, but attention, expectation, stress, fear, and learned associations can influence how intensely it is perceived and how much space it occupies in daily life.

Hypnosis can be used to help reduce the intensity or intrusiveness of pain, shift attention, create greater comfort, and strengthen a sense of control over the experience. It can also support relaxation and reduce the stress and anticipatory tension that often accompany ongoing or procedure-related pain.

This work may be used alongside somatic awareness and mindfulness to help you relate differently to pain while remaining connected to appropriate medical care.

Typical format: varies depending on the type, duration, and context of the pain.

Best suited for: people seeking complementary support for persistent or recurring pain, procedure-related discomfort, or pain that is amplified by stress, tension, or anticipatory fear.

New, unexplained, or changing pain should be medically assessed. Hypnosis for pain management is complementary support and does not replace diagnosis or medical treatment.

Sleep & Insomnia

Help the mind and body learn how to settle again.

Difficulty sleeping can become a pattern of its own. Stress, anticipation, racing thoughts, physical tension, conditioned wakefulness, and worry about not sleeping can all reinforce the cycle.

This work focuses on reducing the patterns that keep the mind and body alert when it is time to rest, while strengthening associations with settling, safety, and sleep.

Hypnosis may be used alongside mindfulness, somatic awareness, and relaxation-based approaches to support a quieter transition into sleep and a less effortful relationship with rest.

Typical format: varies depending on the individual and the nature of the sleep difficulty.

Best suited for: people experiencing difficulty settling at night, recurring wakefulness, racing thoughts around sleep, or learned patterns of tension and alertness at bedtime.

Persistent or unexplained sleep problems should be medically assessed. Hypnosis is supportive care and does not replace medical evaluation or appropriate treatment for sleep disorders.
