MINDFUL MINDINWARD AWARENESS. OUTWARD SUCCESS.
A BOOK BY JAI REED
One anchor. Many experiences. One awareness.
An invitation to return to the body, deepen awareness, and discover a more grounded relationship with your inner experience.
Body, Breath and Being explores embodiment through six centres of awareness: Earth, Fluid, Inner, Heart, Breath, and Field.
Rather than asking the reader to escape thought, control experience, or become someone different, the book offers a way to return to what is already here: weight, sensation, breath, presence, connection, and awareness itself.
The practices begin simply. Feel the support beneath you. Notice the body. Let awareness settle.
From there, the work gradually opens into a wider experience of coherence, connection, and presence.
Support · Weight · Held

One Field · Coherence · Continuous

Boundless · Cosmic · All
Explore awareness beyond the felt boundary of the individual body.
The movement through the six centres is not about climbing toward a better state.
It is a journey of inhabitation.
The foundational centres — Earth and Fluid — establish support, weight, movement, and safety in the body.
From that foundation, Inner, Heart, Breath, and Field emerge as increasingly subtle expressions of awareness.
The movement is not away from the body.
It is deeper into it — until the distinction between inner and outer begins to soften.
At the heart of Body, Breath and Being is a subtle embodied anchor — the Quiet Pulse — a way of returning attention to the body when thought, emotion, or experience begins to pull you away from yourself.
The practice is intentionally simple.
Again and again, you return.
Not to suppress experience.
Not to control it.
But to remain present enough to experience it without becoming completely consumed by it.
The experiences described in the book may vary.
You may notice sensation, emotion, stillness, movement, expansion, resistance, or very little at all.
The anchor remains simple:
return to the body, return to awareness, and begin again from what is actually here.
The goal is not to manufacture a particular experience.
It is to become more available to the experience already happening.
