MINDFUL MINDINWARD AWARENESS. OUTWARD SUCCESS.ABOUT JAI
Grounded in practice.
Focused on real change.
I work at the meeting point of subconscious patterns, bodily responses, and present-moment awareness—helping people create change that is not simply understood, but lived.

Awareness that becomes action.
Behavioural Change Specialist
Hypnotherapist · Somatic Practitioner · Mindfulness Facilitator
My work brings hypnosis, somatic practice, mindfulness, and embodiment together to help people recognize automatic patterns and create a steadier, more intentional way forward.
I am particularly interested in the space between what we understand intellectually and what our body, habits, and automatic responses continue to do.
We can know why something happens. We can understand the pattern. We can even know what we would rather do instead—and still find ourselves reacting in the same familiar way.
That is where much of my work begins.
Rather than working only with thought or behaviour, I look at the wider pattern: subconscious associations, bodily responses, attention, learned habits, and the ways we adapt through experience.
The goal is not simply insight. It is to create enough awareness and flexibility for a different response to become possible—and eventually more natural.
An Integrated Approach
Hypnosis allows us to work with subconscious associations and automatic responses.
Somatic practice brings attention to what is happening in the body and nervous system in the present moment.
Mindfulness develops the capacity to notice thoughts, sensations, emotions, and impulses without immediately being pulled into them.
Embodiment brings those pieces together so that awareness becomes something lived through the way we respond, choose, relate, and move through the world.
These approaches are not separate pieces of my work. They inform one another.
Background & Practice
My work has developed through years of study and practice in hypnosis, somatic awareness, mindfulness, meditation, embodiment, and contemplative traditions.
That background has shaped a practical approach to change—one that respects both the complexity of human patterns and the importance of simplicity in how we work with them.
I do not believe every person needs the same technique or the same path. Some people respond strongly to hypnosis. Others need more attention to what is happening in the body. Often the most effective work combines several approaches.
What It’s Like to Work With Me
My approach is direct, collaborative, and individualized.
We begin with what is actually happening—not what you think you should be experiencing.
From there, we identify the patterns, triggers, responses, and goals that matter most and choose the approach that best supports the change you want to make.
The work is practical, but it also leaves room for curiosity. You do not need to arrive with everything figured out.
Sometimes the first step is simply noticing what has been happening beneath the surface.
